Particle Face Cream – A New Revolution in Skincare

What seems like forever ago, I started a skincare routine.  Although the lines on my face really didn’t bother me that much, I knew that it wouldn’t be long before they got out of control.  I love the idea of aging!  And I absolutely want to continue to age.  I just don’t want the wrinkly skin.

A Skincare Routine

Starting around the age of 18, every guy needs to have a skincare routine.  Now, in the next sentence, I’m going to sound like a cheesy advertisement.  The key to healthy and youthful-looking skin is simple. Eat healthy, get lots of sleep, exercise, and moisturize every day.

When I see a new line on my face, I think about how I could have prevented it years ago.  Had someone taught me the importance of having a good skincare routine 20 years ago, I wouldn’t have struggled finding a routine that works for me today.

My Morning Routine

My fiancée tells me that I spend way too much time getting ready each morning.  It takes me about an hour from the time I get into the shower to the time I finished getting dressed.  Minus her makeup, she can be showered and dressed in half that time. 

I may be a bit anal-retentive, but my routine has worked out pretty well for the past 10 years.  Each morning in my shower I condition my hair (I shampoo every 2-3 days), shave, wash with a bar of all-natural bar soap, and wash my face.

When I get out of the shower, I brush my teeth with an all-natural toothpaste (I really try to stay away from stuff filled with chemicals), use some face serum, eye serum, moisturize, add some beard balm, a little pomade to my hair, and pop in my contacts.  Boom! Done in the bathroom.

Anti-Aging Products

There are tons of anti-aging products for guys to choose from.  And honestly, they all work about the same.

There are face serums that you apply as a base.  Then you need to have the eye cream that takes care of the bags around your eyes.  And don’t forget the moisturizer.  This is probably the most important product in the anti-aging routine. Just like hydrating your body with water, you need to hydrate your face.  This is the single most important step in keeping your youthful look.
