5 Sports to Bet on with FanDuel Sportsbook

FanDuel Online Sports Betting

The worst time of the year is here. Football’s over, and my Buckeyes didn’t make it to the National Championship, but that’s OK because they did an outstanding job this season. However, I had a blast drinking with my buddies and betting on NFL games every Sunday.

We’ve tried a couple of apps for sports betting before, but FanDuel’s Sportsbook is our go-to. It’s so easy to use and their app is a game-changer. Being able to do everything from your phone means you’ll never miss a minute of the action.

Signing up is super simple – all you have to do is give them your email, credit card info, and SS# (so that they can keep your info safe and make sure no head coaches are placing bets on their own team!).

They have a ton of different betting styles like standards, teasers, and round robins, and if you’re not sure where to start, they have a guide that breaks it all down for ya.

The first weekend after the Super Bowl, my buddy and I were having a few quiet beers and watching whatever Hockey game the bar was playing.

We wanted to keep the Sunday Funday vibes going, and since our team wasn’t playing, we each bet on opposing teams. We had a ton of fun and made a pact that whoever made money on the game would buy the other’s drinks for the rest of the day.

Turns out, FanDuel Sportsbook has a ton of different options to keep your locks intact long after football has ended.

Hockey

The season goes ’til June and they have games all week long, making it a great way to wind down on a Monday. I’m a big hockey (CBJ of course!) fan, but don’t make it to nearly as many games as I used to. I’ve seen some of the best comebacks ever – you never know what’s going to happen. If only you could bet on the fights!

Basketball

MARCH MADNESS! It never disappoints, my buddies and I are pumped. The first week holds 52 games played in less than a week, so there’s Bball literally morning noon and night. Lots of opportunities to win big! Plus, the NBA season runs ‘til April.

Baseball

I love going to ball games but always found it boring to watch on TV. It’s a lot more entertaining if you’ve got money riding on it! There are games from February to late October, so plenty of time to get in on the action.

Golf

I was never that into golf until recently, when a friend of mine invited me on the course for a game. We had a lot of fun, and I got really into betting on golf after that. US Masters tees off April 9th!  Not to mention, the lines on golf are significantly more profitable since it’s harder to predict an outright winner!

Soccer

I’ll admit it, I’m not as well versed on this European favorite, but I’ve gotten really into it lately. There’s always something going on, whether it’s the Premier League, Champions League or the World Cup.  Plus, the USA women’s team are current world champs!

There’s always something to bet on with FanDuel Sportsbook. Plus your first bet is risk-free, so even if you lose, you can get up to $500 in site credit.
